CNC Profiler

JK Fabrications has recently acquired a state of the art pipe profiling cutting machine capable of cutting tube diameters from 50mm to 800mm. The machine is designed to cut in virtually every possible position using 6 CNC controlled axis. The various axis permits the profile cut plus weld preparation which can vary throughout the profile of the cut. The standard profiles include mitre, saddle, hole/slot and profiles in accordance with AWS and API standards. This machine has a Kjellberg plasma cutting system which is capable of cutting both stainless steel and mild steel up to a wall thickness of 20mm.
